Past accomplishments of the Booster Club.

The Trinity Athletic Booster Club had a great year raising money to support the athletic programs at Trinity. This year, over $22,000.00 was raised through memberships, season ticket sales, game admissions and concessions. All of the money raised by the Booster Club goes towards the athletic programs and, in addition to supporting the teams, decreases the burden on the school to fund the athletic programs. Some of the accomplishments of this past year are as follows:

ü      Purchased new uniforms for the Girls and Boys JV Basketball teams

ü      Purchased banners and shields for the Girls Tennis team, Girls Soccer team, and Varsity Girls Basketball team.

ü      Purchased irrigation system for soccer field

ü      Hosted JV Boys Basketball, Hoop School Basketball, Lady Titans Basketball, and Volleyball Summer Camps

ü      Purchased equipment for all teams (balls, bats, field paint, etc…)

ü      Paid for umpires and referees to officiate for home games; also provided an athletic trainer from McLeod for home games.

ü      Hosted cookout/bonfire in the Fall and cookout for Homecoming.

ü      Hosted the Athletic Awards Banquet and purchased letters, certificates, trophies, etc. for the banquet

Dear Parents, Grandparents and Friends of Titan Athletics:

The Trinity Athletic Booster Club would like to take this opportunity to welcome all new and returning families!  Your TABC is gearing up for another fantastic year of competitive sports and our annual membership drive has begun.  It is an exciting and rewarding organization of dedicated volunteers who are committed to meeting the needs of our athletic programs.

The Trinity Athletic Booster Club mission is to provide the financial and volunteer support to adequately meet the needs of all of its athletic teams (Varsity, JV and Middle School).  As our program continues to grow, the requirements for facilities, equipment, uniforms and officials also grows. Because of this, TABC must rely on the generosity and support of current families, grandparents, alumni, friends and sponsors to help supplement our athletic program. 

We raise funds primarily through membership and concessions.  One hundred percent of the funds we receive go directly to support TCS sports.  The Booster Club has done an outstanding job in the past of supporting our athletics; however, it is important that we continue to attract new members and generate new revenue to preserve the Titan winning tradition.

This year, the Booster Club will offer several membership options; some old some new.  Each includes admission to all regular season Titan home games (good for all sports the entire academic year!) with the exception of SCISA tournaments and/or play-off games.  Please see the attached form that outlines the membership levels.  We hope you will consider one – our goal this year is 100% participation!  To accomplish this, we need your help.

We also need your help in another way.  There is still a position on the board open (Vice President) and this year, we would like to have several volunteers for the concession committee.   In the past, this was chaired by just one volunteer.  This year, we would like to divide that position by sport seasons (One chair for fall sports, two for winter and one for spring sports).  Hopefully, this would keep the job from being too time consuming for an entire athletic year!  Please consider volunteering!!  Concessions are an extremely important part of TABC income.
