Accomplishments of the Booster Club

·       Raised ~$20,000.00 through memberships, game admissions and concessions sales

·       Purchased banners for all State Champion (Boy’s Cross Country, Track and Tennis) and State Runner-Up (Girls Soccer) teams

·       Purchased supplies and serviced equipment to maintain outdoor athletic fields

·       Purchased equipment and supplies for all teams (rulebooks, scorebooks, bats, balls, field paint, etc.)

·       Hosted summer camps for Soccer & Basketball

·       Hosted Middle Boys basketball tournament & Varsity Girls region tournament (first round)

·       Paid tournament fees for all teams

·       Paid for all umpires and referees to officiate home games

·       Paid all dues to SCISA for Coach’s Association, Region fees and fees for All-State and All-Region Athletes

·       Funded Athletic Trainer from McLeod Sports Medicine and equipped trainers room with necessary supplies

·       Purchased (with additional $$ donations) Motorcoach

·       Assisted Student Council Fall Cook-out (provided hot dogs, hamburgers, buns)

·       Honored Senior Athletes and their parents

·       Hosted the Athletic Awards Programs and purchased letters, certificates, trophies for all athletes

Dear Parents, Grandparents, and Friends of Trinity Collegiate School,

The Athletic Booster Club would like to welcome all the new and returning families to the TCS community.  Your Booster Club is gearing up for another fantastic year of interscholastic sports competitions and our annual membership drive has begun. 

The Booster Club’s mission is to provide the funding and volunteer support to adequately meet the needs of all our athletic teams – varsity, junior varsity, and middle school.  We raise funds primarily through memberships, gate receipts, and concessions and all of the money goes directly to support TCS student-athletes and our athletic programs.

TCS students and faculty are admitted at no charge to home events.  We ask all others to purchase a membership, which includes yearlong admission to all home games (excluding SCISA tournament or play-offs, the receipts of which go to the league).  There are three levels of membership, as follows:

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

Includes admission for one person to all home games,

$75

SILVER TITAN SPONSORSHIP

Includes a family pass to all home games.

$100 of the membership fee is considered a donation.

$250

GOLD TITAN SPONSORSHIP

Includes a family pass to all home games.

A 3’x2’ personalized vinyl banner will be hung in the gym for one year.

$300 of the membership fee is considered a donation.

$500

THANK YOU FROM THE TRINITY ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB 

The Booster Club would like to THANK all those that have volunteered, in anyway, during the 2008-2009 athletic seasons.  To all those that made additional donations to the athletic program, we say “THANKS”, too.  All of your time, your talent and your treasures are gratefully appreciated.  None of what the Booster Club accomplishes can be done without the dedicated support and unwavering commitment of all the parents, students, grandparents, faculty, staff and friends. 

Also, to our coaches, we are truly blessed that you are willing to share your love of sports and sportsmanship with our athletes.  As was said at our Awards Program, our students learn so much more of “life’s lessons” by participating in athletics.  Thank you for not only being their coaches but their mentors, their counselors and their Friends.  We appreciate all the time you are so willing to give up each season.

As the Booster Club begins to plan for an exciting inaugural season of Titan football, we hope everyone will register for the 2009-2010 year over the summer.  We will be busy working out the details to support our first football team and we will not be successful without your help.
