Administration

	Head of School – Mr. Ed Hoffman E-mail:ehoffman@tcstitans.org The Head of School is responsible for all aspects of the administration and supervision of the school and its employees. The Head enacts and carries out the policies established by the Board and reports to it collectively. The Head is an exofficio member of the Board of Trustees.
	Administrative Assistant – Mrs. Kristy Wynn E-mail: kwynn@tcstitans.org The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the school office, supports all administrative functions, and serves as registrar for student records.
	Assistant Head of School, Dean of Students & Director of Athletics Mr. Bryan Kaye E-mail:bkaye@tcstitans.org The Assistant Head of School assists the Head of School with all aspects of the administration and supervision of the school and its employees.The Director of Athletics schedules all athletic games and represents the school at meetings of the South Carolina Independent Schools Athletic Association. The director hires team coaches, coordinates the master schedule for the use of the gym and fields, and develops athletic department policies.
	Director of Admissions - Mrs. April Munn E-mail:amunn@tcstitans.org The Director of Admissions has responsibility for attracting, assessing, and selecting students as candidates for the school and also serves as the Financial Aid Officer.
	Director of College Counseling – Mrs. Cynthia Scannella E-mail:cscannella@tcstitans.org The Director of College Counseling oversees the college counseling and college application process for the Upper School.
	Director Technology and Facilities - Mr. Robert Gunn E-mail:bgunn@tcstitans.org The Director of Facilities and Technology supervises the care of the campus buildings and grounds, coordinates transportation, and maintains the school's technology systems.
