TCS Parent Guild

We are excited to announce that we are starting a United Scrip program at Trinity. This program may be familiar to many of you already but for those of you who have never heard of it, this is how it works: you order gift cards through the program for the exact cost of the card and Trinity purchases the card at a reduced price depending on the percentage offered by the particular company providing the card (i.e, Best buy). Trinity pays for the shipping and you get a gift card you would have purchased anyway, for the same price you would have paid, and the school earns money from it. Payment may be made by check payable to Trinity Parent Guild and should be sent in an envelope to school marked �scrip order� to the attention of Mary Culleton.

TCS Families

Please do not forget about the Trinity and Barnes & Noble book fair on Friday, April 25 & Saturday, April 26. If you make any purchases on the two days, Trinity will get a percentage of the sales. Also, if you ordered books from the order form, they will be ready for pick up on those two days. Just go to the customer service desk in the middle of the store and they will be labeled with your child's name or your name.

The Belk Charity Day Sale is May 3. The money from the tickets or the tickets are due Friday, April 25. So far about 150 tickets have been sold, it would be great to have more sales.

Trinity Cookbook

The Parent Guild School store is now selling the Trinity Cookbook. They are $12.00 each. Get an order form in the office or call Dale Pruett 393-9977.

Recycle your cell phone

Recycle your old cell phones, return them to the office at Trinity.

Important Fundraising Reminders

Several stores in our area offer programs that with very little effort on our part will help benefit our school financially. If you would just take a minute to register with them, the rest is very easy. They include the following:

Food Lion�Register your MVP Card number at www.foodlion.com or call 800-210-9569.

Harris Teeter�Register your VIC card number with a cashier at the store. Our school number is 2775.

Office Depot�Just tell the cashier you would like TCS to receive credit for your purchase and they will pay a percentage of your purpose to our school. This is now a year round program and our school number is 70120829.

Target�When purchases are paid for with a Target Credit Card, TCS will receive cash back.

General Mills Box Tops�Collect and drop off in the office.

Remember, not just TCS parents can participate. Encourage grandparents, other family members and friends to register, too. All they have to do is designate Trinity to receive the funds.
